If you have a pet, you are required to pay a pet deposit of which one half is non-refundable. The pet deposit for one pet is $400 and $600 for two pets.  If you are found with a pet, you will have 24 hours to pay the required deposit or remove the pet.  If the pet is removed, you will still be responsible for pet fees upon move out.  Pet rent is $20 per month per pet.  Limit 2 Per Household.

*Allowable pets include cats and dogs (not to exceed 60 pounds) with a pet deposit. Fish, small caged rodents (guinea pig, hamster, etc.) and caged household birds are accepted without a pet deposit; however, you will be responsible for any damages.  Some prohibited pets include monkeys, snakes, ferrets, potbelly pigs, miniature horses and rabbits.  This list may not be inclusive of all prohibited pets.
