Pets accepted are dogs, cats, birds and fish only.  Excluded dog breeds are Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Chows, Dobermans, Mastiffs or any mixed breed thereof.  Management has discretion on breeds that are not specifically excluded.  At no time will a reptile, rodent, rabbit or ferrets be allowed in the apartment.  A maximum of two (2) pets per apartment will be allowed with the following fees:

1 Pet:       Pet Deposit (Refundable)           $200.00
                Pet Fee (Non-Refundable)          $200.00
                Pet Rent                                      $25.00                           

2 Pets:      Pet Deposit (Refundable)           $400.00                                                                  
                 Pet Fee (Non-Refundable)          $400.00
