Pets must be visually observed (interviewed) by the manager before conditional authorization can be granted.  A Pet Addendum be completed to document the pet interview and manager's approval.  A photograph will be taken of the pet and attached to the Pet Addendum.

If the pet meets the pet criteria, conditional approval may be granted pending payment of the pet deposit and signing the Pet Addendum.  The required pet deposit must be paid and a Pet Addendum signed before the pet moves into the unit.

There is a maximum of two pets allowed per apartment.

Pet Deposit / Pet Fee are waived for disabled assisted pets provided that proper documentation is provided.
